Sterling Bank Services, a nation-wide field services company, is looking for an information analyst to join our small corporate IT team in beautiful Missoula, MT. We build custom work management applications that are strategically at the heart of our company’s operations, as well applications used by some of the largest banks in the world! We’re looking for someone who:

• above all else, can work with users to distill the essential requirements of sometimes hazy requests, think creatively and actively contribute alternative solutions to requests
• has strong database skills, with a proven ability to develop complex queries to support reporting and business information analysis needs
• has the motivation to fill a heavily valued and central role that analyzes a variety of important business problems, while being responsible to a high level of quality and accuracy
• has experience with Excel, SQL Server Reporting Services, and/or other common reporting and analysis tools
• is somewhat of an IT generalist, with good general technical skills to provide 2nd tier technical support to users on occasion
• preferably has prior experience working closely with application developers on corporate software development
• preferably has a Bachelor of Science degree in a business, technical or mathematical field of study or equivalent experience
• is fully eligible for work in the United States, can work on-site in Missoula, and can pass a background check
