Sterling Bank Services, Inc is a Certified Minority Business Enterprise because of Robert (Bob) Erwin’s and Amity Erwin Parks majority ownership of the company. Bob and Amity are members of the Osage Tribe of Native Americans in Oklahoma. Both were born in Pawhuska, OK, which is on the Osage reservation.

Bob worked for forty three years as the General Manager of private Country Clubs in the US and in Europe. He retired from the club industry in 2000 and purchased majority interest in ASI/North Dakota. The company was moved to Missoula, Montana and reorganized and incorporated in the State of Montana. Amity joined Sterling Bank Services in 2006.

Sterling Bank Services is certified by the Northwest Minority Business Council in Tukwila, Washington. The company also holds reciprocal memberships in other regional councils, such as NY/NJ. Central & South Texas and Oklahoma. Bob and Amity are active in minority, especially Native American, issues to promote minority and small business enterprises.
